The Tern Support team can help disconnect your Stripe account so you can reconnect the correct one. To get started, please contact us at [email protected].
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Stripe account and need to make changes directly in Stripe, you’ll need to contact Stripe Support to update or recover access first. Tern is unable to make changes inside Stripe on your behalf.

Once Stripe has restored access, you should be able to disconnect the account from Tern via the Stripe Dashboard without any issues.
