Currently, Tern doesn't support email reminders for tasks with a zero-day due date. The email reminder system runs in the morning, so if you set a task with a zero-day due date, it might not trigger a reminder due to timing constraints. To ensure you receive email reminders, set your task to be due one day after creation.
