To change the background image on the 'business card' on the itinerary, go to your Settings, click on your profile picture at the top right corner of your screen, then select Settings. Navigate to the Business Settings tab on the left sidebar and scroll down to the Branding section. The image you want to change is called the Branded Cover Photo, and you can add it here.
