Learn how to use Tern's Agency dashboard as your agency control center.

Overview

Your Agency dashboard view of the high level metrics and key items happening within your agency.

Note: The Agency Dashboard is now the Dashboard page inside Back Office, the consolidated workspace for agency owners and admins. Back Office is currently in beta. For the full Back Office overview, see Agency Back Office Home. This article covers the Dashboard's metrics and sections in detail.

Who Can Access It

The Agency Dashboard is available to agency owners and admins. Agency Collaborators cannot access it.

Access your Agency dashboard view

Open Back Office from your navigation > Select Dashboard at the top of the General group in the left sidebar. If you manage more than one agency, use the Agency Switcher at the top of the sidebar to choose which agency's dashboard you're viewing.

View 'At a glance' metrics

In this section, you can see:

  • Bookings count

  • Sales volume

  • Commission received

  • Agency Income

Why your Month to Date totals might show $0

The dashboard shows data only for the selected timeframe. If you switch to Month to Date and see $0 — or fewer bookings than expected — it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong. It may simply mean there are no bookings, payments, or commission entries recorded within the current calendar month yet.

Year to Date will still show the full picture for the year. To confirm which timeframe you're viewing, check the toggle in the upper right of the graphs and switch between Month to Date and Year to Date.

If your YTD totals look correct but MTD shows $0, and you know you have activity this month, check:
- That the booking dates fall within the current calendar month
- That any commission payments are dated within this month, not a prior one

Use the toggle on the upper right of the graphs to switch between [Month to date] OR [Year to date] views:
