If you're required to display a seller of travel number, TICO number, or any other professional credential to your clients, you can add these in Business Settings. Once added, your credentials will appear on your advisor card in Tern and will be included on invoices.
What credentials can I add?
Tern gives you a flexible credential field rather than a fixed list of pre-set credential types. This means you can add whatever credential is relevant to your region or business β whether that's a seller of travel number, a TICO number, a host agency affiliation ID, or another regulatory identifier.
This flexibility exists because Tern is used by advisors across multiple countries, each with different regulatory requirements.
How to add your credentials
Navigate to Settings in Tern.
Select Business Settings tab on the left.
Locate the Credentials section.
Add the credential type and your credential number.
Scroll down to Save your changes.
Your credential will now appear on your itineraries in Tern.

Once added, your credentials are visible:
At the top right of Tern itineraries.
On invoices sent to clients
This ensures clients have access to your required disclosures at the time of booking and payment.
