The Where Are My Clients? report shows you the current locations of every traveler on an active trip, along with their name, trip name, and a direct link to the trip. It's designed for moments when you need to locate clients quickly β natural disasters, flight disruptions, or any situation where knowing exactly where people are traveling matters.
Who can use this report
Individual advisors can see their own active clients. Agency owners and administrators can see clients across the entire agency.
How to find it
Go to the Reporting tab.
Look for Where Are My Clients? in the report list.
Note: Reports are ordered by last viewed, so if you haven't opened this one before, it will likely be on the second page of the list.
What you see
The report shows a table and map of your active travelers. For each traveler you'll see:
Traveler name
Trip name, with a link directly to the trip
Current location (city and country)
Email address
The map lets you hover over any country or region to see how many trips are active there. You can filter by specific city, country, or date range.
How location is determined
Tern determines a traveler's current location from their active itinerary. It looks at the day-level location first. If that's not available, it falls back to the activity location for that day.
The report only reflects trips that have been built out in Tern with itinerary dates and locations. Trips without location data won't appear on the map.
Exporting the data
Use the export option in the report menu to download traveler locations as a spreadsheet. This makes it easier to email multiple clients at once or share the list with a colleague.
