Why a Booking Isn't Showing in Reports or the Commission Dashboard

The two reasons a booking is missing from reports or the Commissions dashboard: the activity isn't marked as Booked, or it's owned by another advisor.

If a booking is missing from your reports or the Commissions dashboard, check these two things first. Reports update within seconds, so a missing booking is not a sync delay.

The Activity Isn't Marked as Booked

Reporting and commission tracking only count activities marked as Booked on the Booking & Pricing tab. Moving a trip into a "Booked" column on the trip board is not the same thing. Trip board columns trigger workflow automations, like emails, but they don't affect reporting or commission tracking.

  1. Open the activity within the trip.

  2. Go to the Booking & Pricing tab.

  3. Select the correct Accreditation from the dropdown in the Booking details section.

  4. Fill in the expected commission details (amount, date, supplier).

  5. Click Mark as Booked.

The activity appears in your reports and under Commissions → Bookings within seconds. If you're an agency admin and an advisor's booking is missing, ask the advisor to confirm they completed these steps for each activity.

Tip: Require key booking fields in your Financial Settings. When Confirmation Number, Agency Supplier, and Expected Commission Amount are required, advisors can't mark an activity as booked without them. This also makes reconciliation easier.

The Booking Is Owned by Another Advisor

If an agency admin or another advisor created the booking and later assigned the trip to you, the booking can still be attributed to them. It shows in their "Your" reports instead of yours.

  1. Open the activity.

  2. Find the booking owner field at the top.

  3. Change it to your name.

The booking moves to your reports within seconds.

Booked but Still Missing

If the activity is marked as Booked and still isn't showing, go to the activity, open the Booking & Pricing tab, and click Edit Booking. Add any missing fields (booking date, expected commission date, accreditation) and save.

Note: A blank booking date or expected commission date doesn't remove a booking from your totals. It only matters when a date-range filter is applied. A booking with a blank date falls outside every date range, so an active filter hides it. Clear or widen the filter to see it.

If an activity is marked as Booked and falls inside your report's date range and filters, it appears in your reports within seconds. If it isn't there after you refresh, contact Support at [email protected].
