Tern's integration with Giata empowers Advisor access to 1.2m+ properties and suppliers. Should you come across a property or supplier that is not identified within the database, this article walks you through how to create a new supplier.
1. Navigate to the Planning tab within the trip you're looking to add a supplier/property for
2. Click on the lodging activity you're looking to add a supplier to
In this case, we'll use Aaldering Vineyards and Wine in South Africa
3. Begin leveraging the type ahead functionality to search for "Aaldering Vineyards & Wine"
If it returns with "no matching results found," then you need to create the property
4. Click on Create "Aaldering Vineyards & Wine"
5. Add in the new property information
This should include: property name, website, location and an optional description
6. Click on Save to save the property
7. Return to the Full Itinerary and your property is now correctly saved on the lodging activity
