Adding a Link
The easiest way to add a link to an itinerary item that is visible to your clients is to use the description field. Just select the text you want to add a link to and then select the link button. There you can paste in the link you'd like your clients to access.

Q: Is there a way to have public links available for client viewing that doesn't require a login?
A: For security purposes, clients will need to create a new Tern traveler account to avoid any leakage of sensitive information. For now, this is the best way to ensure sensitive information (like confirmation numbers), and restricted actions (like approving itineraries and authorizing payments) are protected. In the future we may build more of a "guest check-out" flow - similar to what you might see in online shopping.
