If you're having trouble accessing Tern & Learn it's most likely because you haven't created an account in our training and community platform, Circle.
Currently, the community platform where Tern & Learn is housed is not integrated with the Tern account you signed up with.
You will need to create a new account at community.tern.travel to use Tern & Learn.
How to create an account
First, click on this link. Enter your name, email, and create a password for Tern and Learn. Note: you should use the same email address as you registered for Tern with.
Circle (our training platform) will have you confirm your email with a six digit code. Those emails will come from [email protected].
Once you've confirmed your email you will be able to access Tern & Learn content!
