You can add multiple cabin options to a lodging component in Tern.
First add a lodging component to the first day of the cruise
Click "Room Assignment"
Assuming you added it to a cruise day, Tern will automatically show you a "Search Cabins" option.
You can add a cabin
Repeat this process by clicking "Add Room" at the bottom.
If you have multiple travelers on the trip you can assign travelers to a room by dragging them to the right room.
