Primary contacts can see documents, as they have the same permissions as full access travelers. To view documents, the traveler needs to be logged into Tern, the document must be set as visible to travelers, and the traveler must have full access to the trip. Primary travelers automatically have full access, so they can view documents if the other conditions are met.
