We’re thrilled to announce a new integration between Tern and Project Expedition, designed to make it even easier to create and book incredible experiences for your clients. With this integration, you’ll soon be able to browse, add, and book Project Expedition tours directly within your Tern itineraries, saving time and giving you seamless access to a trusted supplier network.

Project Expedition Tour Booking: coming soon! Book tours directly within Tern once you’ve added them to a trip.

Project Expedition Tour Content Sync
When building a trip, you’ll notice a new Tour Library component in your itinerary builder. Drag this into your itinerary to start exploring available tours from Project Expedition.
Once you drag this library into your itinerary you will be able to browse the tours available on Project Expedition
Here you can search for Project Expedition tours by
Keyword
Tour Type
Location
Date (coming soon!)
When you have found a tour you are interested in you can Preview Tour or Add to Itinerary
When previewing a tour you can also Add to Trip and you will see all of the tour details within the description
Once you add it to your trip you will see all of the description information and associated images
You can now add in the pricing information within the Booking & Pricing tab
You can also make this activity optional!
Once your activity is ready for your client to review, you can publish and share the itinerary with them to take a look and potentially authorize payments
