Share a list of unclaimed commission with your agents to allow them to identify bookings they should be matched to.

Prerequisites

  • You've added unclaimed commission entries to supplier statements.

  • You have admin access to your agency.

Steps

Viewing and exporting unclaimed commission:

  1. Navigate to the Commission page from the main navigation.

  2. Click the Unclaimed tab to see all unclaimed commission entries.

  3. (Optional) Use filters to narrow down the list by supplier, agent, date, or other criteria.

  4. Review the list showing supplier, client name, confirmation number, agent, and amount for each unclaimed entry.

  5. Click Export to download a CSV file with all unclaimed commission details.

Share the exported file with your agents so they can identify which bookings the commission belongs to. Many agencies share this via email, or by posting it on an agency group or wiki.

When an agent identifies a booking:

  1. Open the supplier statement that contains the unclaimed commission entry by selecting it in the Unclaimed commission table.

  2. Use the filters on the supplier statement page to search for the booking the agent identified.

  3. In the bookings table, find the booking that matches the commission.

  4. Click the Add button (plus icon) in the actions column for that booking.

  5. Review and adjust the received commission and splits as needed

  6. Find the unclaimed entry that the agent identified.

  7. Click the Delete button (X icon) in the actions column for that unclaimed entry.

  8. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

The correct booking is now listed in the "Reconciled bookings" table, and the unclaimed entry is removed.
