Where to find it: Bookings lives in the left-hand menu of the trip, under the Finances heading. (It used to be called Pricing and sat across the top of the page — if you're hunting for a Pricing tab, that's now Bookings.
How to Quick-Add Items from the Bookings Tab
Open a trip and, in the left sidebar under Finances, click Bookings.
Click the New Item dropdown — it appears in the tab header, or in the empty state if no items exist yet.
Choose what you'd like to add: Package, Flight, Lodging, Transfer, Activity, or Custom Cruise.
You'll land on the item's edit form. Fill in the details and save.
A Back to Bookings breadcrumb at the top of the form takes you straight back to the Bookings tab when you're done.
When to use quick-add vs. the itinerary builder
Use quick-add from the Bookings tab when:
- You're working on pricing and need to add a missing item without losing your place
- You're building out a package and want to add line items directly
- You don't need to assign the item to a specific day yet
Use the itinerary builder (the Itinerary tab) when:
- You're building out the day-by-day schedule
- Day assignment matters for the activity
- You're adding multiple items across different days in one session
How it connects to invoicing
Any item you add this way is immediately part of the trip's pricing structure. Activities are associated with a payment group, their costs roll up to the package total automatically, and that total flows into payment schedules and any invoices you generate from the Bookings tab. There's no extra step to "attach" the item — it's connected as soon as it's created.
