Quick-Add Items from the Pricing Tab

You can now add activities and trip packages directly from the pricing tab without navigating away. A New Item dropdown appears in the pricing tab header and in the empty state. Select what you'd like to add and you'll be taken straight to the edit form.

How to Quick-Add Items from the Pricing Tab

  1. Open a trip and go to the Pricing tab.

  2. Click the New Item dropdown β€” it appears in the tab header, or in the empty state if no items exist yet.

  3. Choose what you'd like to add: Package, Flight, Lodging, Transfer, Activity, or Custom Cruise.

  4. You'll land on the item's edit form. Fill in the details and save.

  5. A Back to Pricing breadcrumb at the top of the form takes you straight back to the pricing tab when you're done.

When to use quick-add vs. the itinerary builder

Use quick-add from the pricing tab when:
- You're working on pricing and need to add a missing item without losing your place
- You're building out a package and want to add line items directly
- You don't need to assign the item to a specific day yet

Use the itinerary builder (the Planning tab) when:
- You're building out the day-by-day schedule
- Day assignment matters for the activity
- You're adding multiple items across different days in one session

How it connects to invoicing

Any item you add this way is immediately part of the trip's pricing structure. Activities are associated with a payment group, their costs roll up to the package total automatically, and that total flows into payment schedules and any invoices you generate from the Pricing tab. There's no extra step to "attach" the item β€” it's connected as soon as it's created.
