See how you're tracking against the goals your agency admin sets, right on My Dashboard.
Who Can Use It
Goals show when your agency has a current goal that your admin lets advisors see. Agency admins create goals from the Back Office dashboard. Advisors can't create or edit them.
What You'll See
Go to My Dashboard. The Goals section shows one block per agency, with each goal that covers today. Exactly what you see depends on the visibility your admin chose for that goal:
Your own progress: your target, your total so far, and percent of goal.
Your share of the agency goal: your progress, plus the agency's progress and your share of it as percentages. Other advisors stay anonymous.
Everyone's progress: the agency's progress in your agency's currency, broken down by advisor, with names.
If your admin set a goal to Admins only, you won't see it.
Key Terms
Sales: gross bookings, counted by booking date.
Commission received: commission your agency has received, counted by the date it was received.
Common Issues
I don't see a Goals section
The section appears only when a goal covers today and your admin lets you see it. That means the goal is set to Your share of the agency goal or Everyone's progress, or it's set to Your own progress and you have a target. Goals set to Admins only never show. If Goals isn't listed in Customize on My Dashboard, you have no goal to see right now. If it is listed, make sure it's turned on.
I see the agency's progress but not my own goal
Your admin didn't set a target for you on this goal. Ask your agency admin.
A goal disappeared
A goal shows only while today falls between its start and end dates. Once the period ends, it's no longer shown.
My goal disappeared after my agency changed currency
If your agency changed its reporting currency, goals set before the change don't show progress until an admin sets them again. Until then, you see only what doesn't depend on a target: your share of agency sales, or the top performers. Ask your agency admin to set the goal again.
