1. Click on the trip you're working on or, if starting fresh with a new trip, click 'Create Trip'

In this case, I'm going to use Pixabay to update my trip cover photo and an image to the hotel lodging activity.

2. When immediately redirected to the 'overview' tab of this trip, locate the Itinerary Option 1 in the upper righthand corner.

You will see multiple Options here if you are presenting multiple itinerary options on this trip.

To edit the Cover Photo for each itinerary option, hover over the photo to the right of the option and click the pencil.

3. The Edit Itinerary box will open. Here, you can search for royalty free images from Pixabay. You can also click add image to upload an image from your computer. Or you can paste a link for an image in the Paste Image Here box.

4. Search for the image in Pixabay, then select the photo you want by clicking the "+" sign.

Select the photo you want by clicking the "+" sign and then select 'Add Photo' in the bottom righthand corner of the modal

Click Update Itinerary to save the image as the Cover Photo for this itinerary option.

5. Next, let's add a Pixabay photo to a lodging activity within the same trip

I'm navigating to the 'Itinerary' tab to access the lodging activity.

6. Once in the 'Itinerary' tab, click the lodging activity you're looking to add Pixabay images for

7. Navigate to the Media Tab. Here you will go through the same process of searching Pixabay for an image. You can select multiple images if you would like.

8. Click on 'Add Photos' once you've selected the one (or multiple) photos you'd like to import from Pixabay
