Have a client that is looking for a few different trip options? We'll cover how to use multiple itineraries in Tern to do just that.

1. From the itinerary tab click "Add Option"

You can now manage multiple boards under a single trip umbrella just by clicking "Add Itinerary"

2. Give the itinerary a name and dates

Each itinerary can have their own dates, name, and description. Use a name and description that will immediately help your clients understand what makes this itinerary unique.

3. Click on Create Itinerary

4. Editing itineraries using the action button

If you need to edit the itinerary dates, description, or photo you can do so using the action dropdown. This is also where you delete itineraries and take other key actions.

5. You can now add trip components to the new itinerary as you would any other board view

You can add as much or as little detail to the board as you'd like to help your clients understand the option.

6. In this case we added a cruise alongside an FIT

This is a great example of the power of multiple itineraries. You can present a cruise and an FIT itinerary side-by-side.

7. You can toggle between boards by clicking on the tab representing that itinerary

8. Click on Preview to see the client view

9. Clients have a beautiful summary of each itinerary

Clicking in will show them the standard itinerary view you know and love.
