You can hide specific activities from your travelers' view while keeping them visible on your advisor dashboard. Hidden activities are excluded from the client itinerary, PDF exports, invoices, pricing totals, and the mobile app.
How to hide an activity
On any activity, toggle the "Hidden from travelers" option. The activity stays on your trip for planning purposes, but travelers will not see it anywhere — web itinerary, mobile app, PDF downloads, or invoices.
What happens when you hide an activity
The activity disappears from the traveler's itinerary, including web, mobile, and PDF views
If a day contains only hidden activities, that entire day is removed from the traveler's view
Pricing totals on the pricing tab and invoices exclude hidden activities
Package totals recalculate to exclude hidden activity costs and deposits
Option blocks hide the hidden alternative from the list
Credit card authorization excludes hidden activities — the authorization banner notes this
Auto-booking does not dispatch for hidden activities
What stays the same for advisors
Your advisor dashboard, pricing tab, and trip overview show all activities, including hidden ones
You can still edit, book, and manage hidden activities normally
Limits
If the activity has no active credit card authorization — like a cancelled or unpaid booking — hiding it removes it from the payment schedule and stops its payment reminders. Republish the trip to refresh the schedule if a reminder is still showing.
If the activity has an active authorization, hiding it won't remove that authorization. The payment is a live obligation, so reminders keep firing until it's resolved.
Hiding never cancels or changes an existing booking.
