We don't have a great solution for adding additional sales data to the reporting dashboard (beyond booked activities), but we plan to in the future!

For now, you could create a trip to log the service fees if you'd like them to show up in your reporting dashboard. You could add the service fee as regular activities, and then log the payment against them with 0% agent split. This definitely isn't ideal and the activities would also show up in your commission reconciliation dashboard, but it would achieve the goal of reporting on those numbers.
