We don't have a great solution for adding additional sales data to the reporting dashboard (beyond booked activities), but we plan to in the future!

For now you could create a trip to use to log the service fees if you'd like them to show up. You could add them as regular activities, and then log the payment against them with 0% agent split. This definitely isn't ideal and the activities would also show up in your commission reconciliation dashboard... but it would achieve the goal of reporting on those numbers.
